Depends on your client. Some support natively uploading them and sharing them with your friends or people in a room. You can even bridge them from other platforms (e.g. your Telegram stickers available in your Matrix sticker picker).

One of the bridges is https://codeberg.org/ghostermonster/stickerbridge, but I have seen someone work on a better one. I hope it gets shown off publicly soon!

@deepbluev7 oh I used this, I thought it links stickers without need of importing but you still need to import stickers with links
