Using Linux kept me from all the drama surrounding windows, helped me use cheap hardware and made me able to help others in their financial struggle. Linux is a huge weapon against the individual impact of global crises.

It has made my daily life using my computers more enjoyable - at home, at work, and for the studies. It has also added several extra hours of battery life. I'm one of the few going through a full day without having to plug in - and I still have plenty left.

Linux saved me money, nerves and time. I could finally play games that require ubisoft connect in offline Mode, which was NOT possible on Windows. I got one step further to personal independence from #bigtech.
I love Linux!

It kept me too busy tinkering with it that I didn't have time to do drugs.

My computer has always been important to me, and that idea of being restricted and spied on by megacorporations like I'm some kind of crook makes me feel sick.
Linux frees me from that. It puts me back in control.

Linux lets me be free and allows me to implement my ideas as I want.

I have a Microsoft tablet 1796. It passed all tests for Windows 11 except for the CPU. I installed Zorin on it and it works like a charm. Even the stylus works.

yesterday was my 1st day of learning Linux on mobile through Termux 😂... I learned clear/reset screen /exit /logout /create edit delete files./weather & clock command.. Changed text color from b&w to green by using Termux styling.. Amazing experience 😍😊.. Looking forward to buy my 1st laptop and install Linux 😉

It's made computing fun again. Now that I'm no longer working in the industry, my stress levels have dropped drastically. Knowing others who have started their transition into the Linux world has helped too. We all share useful and cool stuff to make our experiences even more interesting. I no longer have a use for a M$ product. And even if I do, I just fire up a VM.

didnt have to discard of an old pokey computer that doesnt eat energy like the new ones do. It’s now a light weight server and I’m already considering to build my own little home universe into it for hosting personal intranet now.

Essentially it’s building up my confidence to just set up these things for myself. And save a good amount of money not paying for subscriptions on all sorts of services half assing the work.

it lets me continue to use my trusty old thinkpad with a proper keyboard.

It has helped me keep my 15 year old desktop PC going. The PC ran W10, and I had created a second partition on it and installed Mint. Two months later, something went wrong and the Windows partition became locked, I could no longer get Windows to boot up because the partition was now read-only. But the Linux partition worked fine, so I was able to get all my data off of the Windows partition, and can still run the PC in a limited fashion.

Introduced me to so many new and interesting things for me! 🥰

I guess I would have not discovered #VivaldiBrowser without it, and I would have probably been an #avid #gamer or a guy who thought he knew much, when he actually doesn't.
Now, I at least know how much I don't, and I'm interested in more advanced things I would have not known about in #MSWindows!

#Viva #Linux! :tony_happy:
