Why did G.W. Bush decide to go back to the Moon?
Did he think there is oil on the Moon? Did he want to make sure the Moon isn't made out of cheese? Did he want to build a torture prison on the Moon? Did he want to dig a hole there and hide trillions of dollars of DOD budget? I'm full of questions.
