in reply to NASA • • •The two Ethiopian lakes on the left are alkaline lakes and infested with schistosomiasis, so I'll pass. Lake Langano is on the right is free of the parasite and is a popular tourist destination.
Poyang Lake has just entered it's earliest dry season on record (records began in 1951). Doesn't look inviting.
