I read the entire thing as just something written by a humorist. I don’t think any of it is meant to be taken seriously. I like that kind of silly and over the top humor. It even takes a stab at someone like me, a one-person instance. If the author has a grudge, it’s likely towards all of humanity based on their own description of themselves, which is very much a pseudonym 😂
