WHAT'S Norway up to?

While it's thoughtful, fun, soul-satisfying, etc to think colloquially regarding this beautiful display, let's understand the science behind the optics & choose to see them in a whole new light.

I'm in a rut with my life in USA.
I don't think of Norway, or other places, usually at all (til something hits the media).

Why not choose this as a starting point to get interested in other people & their lifestyles/cultures?

The inside rainbows colors are Opposite to the outside rainbows colors.
