scp shouldn't be allowed to copy files to/from network volumes if systemd doesn't control the activity, check polkit, send messages through 7 layers of dbus, tell logind to provide rights to do so, expect a respons from appropriate daemons,
then log the activity in journald binaries for telemetry of sys.admin{,s} ...... ooofff.. then copying can proceed.

isn't scp deprecated? I remember reading something like that in the past. And that we should instead use rsync or ... some other tool I don't remember
