I still like how Mint moves. I had been part of #ForesightLinux development as package manager. I remember that while I was busy fixing some printer support, which meant updating some packages on every update the bug reports were resetted, before I could finish. So for many people Foresight was unusable and fixing was not possible. I hated that. Also we did not have a lot of maintainers. But I think missing updates for packages were some basic HP libraries.
