Over the holidaya my daughter and I made "trash soup".

We sterilized some compostable paper, tea leaves, coffee grounds, etc in a pot, let it cool, and then mixed in oyster mushroom mycelia. A few weeks later, we have over 500 g!

@superflippy the hard part is getting good grain spawn to inoculate, and making sure it does not dry out. But otherwise it was fairly easy!
