CORPORATE SUFFRAGE 1. A Delaware town has proposed expanding the vote in local elections... to property-owning corporations. Corporate charter of Flimflamco LLC gives a thumbs up while sporting an 'I voted' sticker 2. At long last, their noble struggle to win the franchise may be over. Corporate charters marching, one holding a sign saying 'All men and artificial legal entities are created equal' 3. Heck, why not have corporate charters run for office too? Stump speech in front of podium saying 'VOTE CORPY'-- 'No more pesky people getting in the way of our freedom!' 4. Of course, the Supreme Court would put a stop to all of this, right? Clarence Thomas -- 'Finally a civil rights movement I can get behind!'

Seaford council considers allowing businesses to vote in local elections

Rehoboth considered a similar measure in 2017, but the proposal was withdrawn after pushback from government transparency advocates and residents.

Seems easier just to make ballot stuffing legal. What stops me from opening up 2000 corporations in the lead up to an election, vote as every single one, and then shut them all down afterwards?
