Good advice. So people, pull your heads out of your asses, install #PGP for your email, ditch every unencrypted service there is and use encrypted disks in your devices. #LUKS isn't so hard, and there's always #VeraCrypt if you insist on using Windoze 😉

@Hans Not sure what you mean, but I never connect a disk with sensitive data to any device I don't fully trust. And if I fully trust it, it kind of implies that I can use LUKS or VeraCrypt on it to decrypt it.

I read about resetting veracrypt enabled disks. If the government is able to impound that drive they might be able to simply reset it and get your data.
