No fear! Certiorari and the repeal of the Chevron doctrine will fix that in no time!

There should be external cost insurance for all corporate endeavors

Without taking hours to read all the material involved, such cases require either a known mechanism of action, or very good statistical evidence; backed by clear cause-and-effect evidence. It's not as simple as "everyone knows [such-and-such]", even though we all wish the world was simpler.

My understanding is that the science is out on glyphosate as a carcinogen, so it's hard to press a case on that argument.

Thanks for explaining the world to me Wes very helpful 🤣 thank you so much. The fact remains that it is linked to serious health impacts. You sound like a shill for Bayer or Monsanto - if so, I'm not interested in talking to you. Are you honestly defending the disgraceful impact of this company on global water pollution, human health and the extinction of many pollinators?
