the video is very useful, thank you. I am using the same tecnique (m49). Running every day since a year now. I finished a semi in 2.06 without major stress ( OK not a terrific time I know but usually I run 7 km)

Thank you for the compliment.

2 is a very respectable time. With a little structure you can significantly reduce your time without stress or injury, of course if that's your goal.
