I always wonder what slams my Windows 10 VM for 10-30 minutes when I bring it up after a week or more. Telemetry and anti-virus usual big hogs then updates, except Updates says it's not doing anything (all evidence to contrary). Thank god for #linux and to a lesser extent Mac.
