in reply to (moving) APOD • • •please, add the alt-text; a proposal: «On the bottom of the image Orion Nebula M42 looks like a rounded, dark red cloud surrounded by smoke-like clouds.
On the top of the image, the Running Man Nebula NGC 1977 looks like a person running with open arms from right to left surrounded by a blue-greenish nebulously.
Shot with a monochrome camera and luminance, Red, Green & Blue Filters from a backyard in West Virginia for a total of 6 hours (Jan 15th to 16th , 2023)»
