Qwertz isn't a program but a group of keyboard layouts where Z ant Y are swapped so Y ends up next to X. The logo you grabbed was probably made by someone with such a keyboard layout. I'm aware you're from a qwerty-country though (australia, do I remember correctly?) so I was joking (hence the smiley).
