I don't see #Ryujinx lasting much longer either, sadly. They already locked down their discord and it works in basically the same way as #Yuzu, so if/when #Nintendo targets them they don't have much of a chance without serious help.

Clean room emulation is legal. Yuzu were charging tens of thousands a month in Patreon knowing it was used for piracy. They had a private discord where they distributed pirated roms, patched leaked prerelease games to work on emulation. Its why this was settled so fast. Nintendo is litigious, but Yuzu weren’t some innocent group squashed by a corporation.
