it's a slippery slope from the "I'm brewing coffee on my alcohol stove in my apartment" pipeline, to "I'm brewing coffee on my alcohol stove in my boat."
@neauoire @klardotsh @rek I tested the burner the past few days and have this issue where the flame stays on even though I close the gauge? Even when keeping it closed for ~ 10 seconds and re-opening, the flame comes right back up. Currently I have to open the whole thing (while the tank is actively burning!) and put something on top to close it. That's not how it's supposed to work, right?
@klardotsh @rek no, I had the same issue the first few times with ours as well. I can't remember what we did to fix it, I think we just put less alcohol.
we didnt have that issue with our Origo tho, we only had it with the little Trangia burner we now have onboard (as Dev said, there was just too much alcohol in the thing). Maybe Origo cannister was overfilled?
