Replaced the old javascript clock from my wiki and replaced it with @alderwick's Uxntal implementation of Neralie.

@gustav It's a good test, I've modernized it to make use a of a couple of newer things like full screen clear and things like that 😀

@gustav Oh, that was such a good one to code! I have lots of happy memories writing that. I had to make it smoothly animated even though the clock has only integer seconds, and lots of arithmetic on numbers much bigger than bytes. And these were the early days of Uxn so it did seem to be pushing the envelope at the time! :flan_heart:
