The PineTab doesn't have PCIe. The only Pine devices which do are the RockPro64 and Pinebook Pro.

x4 Gen 2. The lanes can't be split to multiple devices (unless someone makes a board with a PCIe switch on it)

Unfortunately not. The PineTab was developed before the PinePhone, and it's too late for those features to be backported.
