Oh c’mon! I know I see #Dictyostelium everywhere, but I’m not imagining the likeness this time, right?!?

Lamps that look like the fruiting bodies of Dictyostelium discoideum, also known as a cellular slime mild or social amoeba. The lamps have a pyramid-shaped base, a slightly curvy, thin stalk, an elongated lemon shaped lamp with a tip on top.

I see it for sure. I'm imagining an oblong desk lamp resembling a slug to round out the dicty series making a room really feel like it's starvation conditions :BlobCatMlem:
