It looks like Mastodon people love #mushrooms so here's the ones I grow:
Homemade tempeh, from bean to cooked.

A block of tempeh split in half, with the beans tightly encased in fungal hyphae
A small plate of glossy, amber coloured cooked tempeh strips, with blue and white chopsticks lying across the plate

The even brown coating on the cooked version looks amazing. Did you glaze it in an oven?
