I finally ran a benchmark (should have done this months ago when I bought the thing). And, my seems to be underperforming, as I expected.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what I can do to fix this? Is it just bad silicon? This benchmark is underperforming compared to the exact lesser counterpart of the same manufacturer.

A screenshot of a terminal displaying graphics card benchmark results. It's a lot of numbers and stuff, but the notable data are that an XFX AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24GB graphics card was tested, and the Unigine Heaven 4.0 benchmark was used at 2560x1440 resolution in Fullscreen using the OpenGL renderer. The result for this card was 203 (80th percentile), but the comparison shows that the exact same card usually tests higher at 289. This data suggests that the tested GPU is underperforming, especially since the lower model --XFX AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT --gets a higher score at 259.

I installed phoronix-test-suite from the AUR.
