I have long remembered the names Grissom, White and Chafee, the fateful crew of Apollo 1.
Space flight as with aviation learns from its mistakes. Had Apollo 1 not happened, and the lessons learned, there could have been a far more significant failure in flight.

The iceberg, with an area of 1550 square kilometers (about 600 square miles), was captured by @nasaβs Terra satellite.
