Why were all 4 onboard during relocation? Is this so if a problem happens redocking, they can all splash down without stranding someone on ISS?

Always amazing to see this. I have to assume something knocked Uranus into that orientation. But it’s weird the moon’s orbit in that orientation too. I can only assume they formed or were captured as part of that event.
