I just spoke to the warehouse. In an effort to ship as many orders as possible before the holidays, they used all available packaging. They now have new boxes and future orders will be packaged to a better standard. I am sorry for the subpar experience. I hope the toy has arrived safely.

Desmond continues to model for my Freecycle photos! This photo actually blew up on our local Freecycle. Everyone wanted to know about Desmond! No one wanted the mugs! I even had people sending me photos of their cats! Oh well, it was worth a laugh!

Long long ago, I was working in an office and brought a FedEx package into the mailroom. Handed it to a staffer, and left. When I got back to my desk I realized I'd made some error with the package (don't recall now what it was). So I went back to the mailroom and asked for the package back because I'd made a mistake.

Personal Observation: People change. When they don't usually it's considered a chronic mental illness.

They could have done that ages ago.
