@utopiArte the image bbcode looks wrong to me. Maybe edit the post, insert another image below, from the photo browser.. then you can see how it must look. You can edit the photo before (the one which you then add) and add a description. Then you would also see where the alt text must be.

@utopiArte i found this example for an image link in diaspora:

Den image title hab ich da hinzugefügt. Denke der muss da hin..

No worries.

The diaspora post above is the result of a lengthy conversation on diaspora about how to implement the altText help for the visually impaired over there:
https://pod.geraspora.de/posts/cd1d8e709723013c3d52268acd52edbf

In other words, this is how diaspora implements alt text and I guess this is something friendica in any case has to implement in his code for communication with diaspora, actually in both directions. As this in any case will be added/implemented to the future code of diaspora, for those who are not going tu upgrade 2023.05 I guess there are some files somewhere where this will have to be changed in the existing installation, hence the text:

Any hint how to fix this in friendica 2023.05?

In your Markdown you haven't provided the alt text, but the title. See here: https://www.markdownguide.org/basic-syntax/#images-1

The alt text has to be between the two []. The text after the image link is the title. We don't support a separate title.

The first text is the text that screenreaders are using. So for accessibility reasons the first one has to be set. The second text is just decoration. it is not needed for accessibility.
