I've been on the Fedi for a spell but it's #introduction season, so why not?

I'm a crepuscular #poet who drifts between phases irregularly. Tides ebb and flow, but not as you know.

I'm in an unrequited romance with the Moon. If you create something that's the right shape, #poetry will emerge. I've also dabbled in prose #writing a little. My journal contains most of my words http://simplypeachy.co.uk/journal/
Chat with me! I coo more often than I bite.

the best introduction ! ... made me look up crepuscular. But Merriam-Webster missed it. The true inspiration of twilight for me, here in Vermont, is the wood thrushes that live in the woods around our house. Twilight and just before dawn are their times. When they talk, serenade, play. Their songs wake up the world and set it to sleep.

Nice to meet you. And thanks for your energy and your affirmation of others. I look forward to checking out your site.

@GeoffreyGevalt For me it's cresting a rise and noticing that she's up and courting the gloam when I least expect it. Above a hedgerow, betwixt wintertime trees, or dominating the South Downs where I live. Shining so bright I can walk unaided through the wheat field, spotting the darting deer and slumbering hay bales at 2am. Even keeping me company on a late afternoon in broad daylight. No two encounters are the same.
