will the rollout of NC 24 also be staggered like the previous stable version? (I only got the notification of NC 23 being available to install almost 2 months after the original announcement). If so, what's the expected timeline before most of the existing installations can migrate?

Will it finally support PHP 8.1? Me and a lot of other people are holding back on upgrading PHP on our servers only because of NC.

And will Talk finally integrate with Matrix/Purple/bitlbee? I appreciate the improvements on Talk, but so far it's still an isolated platform that (partially) supports other platforms bridged into it, but it doesn't support bridging into other platforms. So the only way for me to use Talk is through the app or the web view, while all of my other chat accounts have been bridged into Matrix or bitlbee.
