Unfortunately, you can no longer search on "Javed Iqbal" without finding a serial killer of the same name. But another one was cable-TV salesman who sold packages that included a Hezbollah-adjacent TV channel, so that $1/month of the sale might find its way to Hezbollah.

He was convicted of "material support for terrorism" for selling TV: speech became "money", which was "material".

So, money is just speech, when convenient, and speech is money, when convenient.

I do like how the comics emphasizes that the end result is just a next step. Not something randomly anomalous but just another step after so many before it.
