Hi level mngmnt called up IT one day claiming his w10 broke (2-3y ago) ..

- No, w10 didn't break, you just upgraded to w11

- I didn't mean to, I just clicked OK, Can it be fixed?

- Yes, wipe it off and reinstall w10

- AAAAhhhhhhh!!!
