for those experiencing slowness in Nextcloud Mail, this did the trick for me.https://help.nextcloud.com/t/mail-app-email-loading-slow/109993/8. Run the occ command from one of the replies to update mime types.

Hi, i see basically the same. I’m the only user of my nextcloud instance and mail handling is in general really slow. The priority mailbox never stops loading.
