how does this compare to your lovely pizza oven that you made? (curious as we have one of the little metal ones, but no homemade brick version!)

output is identical, but this one only takes 20 mins to heat up, whereas the brick one takes 3-4 hours.

However the brick one cools much more slowly so can be used for other things after pizza.
