Feral were doing this and it annoyed me so much I went off on one and hacked in a whole horrific system to tie the gfx settings to the hardware

new doom games do that and it is annoying when I’m switching from beefy device to something that can’t run on ultra settings.

Actual saves are the only thing that should be synced, IMO. Nothing else makes sense.

I don't like when settings are tied to the save file, they should be a separate thing.

Not Steam Deck in my case but my laptop, I don’t need to run things at ultra on there lol. This also reminds me that for some reason, Slay the Spire syncs *audio levels*?? They leave the graphics be, fortunately, but they sync your volume. It’s quite annoying.
