Chrome has no business being on this list. For many people, Firefox has also lost this privilege.

Firefox because the a) I don't like the Chrome monoculture which is everything else there

Zen as backup.

Brave as third backup but every time I launch it, I'm asked to turn on the crypto ads that are default in everyone's favorite browser for whatever reason.

I wish Firefox could just stay the course. Their new CEO sounds like a compulsive moron who needs to be kicked in the crotch multiple times. But for now I'm still there.

Zen browser or Helium. None of the browsers on your list are good enough for me.

I'm using Brave now since a while but I'm open for improvement.

I use Librewolf on PC and IronFox on Android. EDIT: I almost forgot eww for reading articles and such where javascript isn't required.

Brave. I love β™₯️ it. I don't know why people say, "Helium is the browser that Brave should be."

I see a lot of reference to Zen Browser. It looks great, I like the organization features, and it's FOSS. But what about plugins? There are a few plugins that I use that aren't directly related to making the browser behave that I use constantly. Proton Pass is a good example. It looks as if the plugin space is lacking so far, but the benefits may actually outweigh this shortcoming.

1) Firefox 2) Vivaldi
FF was always the browser of my choice. For decades now. And will be, if only US will not brake or block it for EU(chances are so close to zero...). But I also like Vivaldi, so it will be backup plan...

LOL Vivaldi is NOT FOSS (neither is Chrome).

librewolf for daily driving, ungoogled-chromium for WebUSB / WebBluetooth.

If you use brave, firefox, or chrome, you might as well give out thumbdrives full of your browsing data to aggregators.

I like Trivalent (SecureBlue), its a nice simple and secure browser.

When I was on Windows, I mostly used Brave until I learned it was supporting crypto stuff. When I switched to Linux, I started with Firefox and now use Vivaldi in parallel. I need to do a deeper dive into Librewulf and Waterfox to see which will replace Firefox for me.

Librewolf, chromium for when webdevs don't know how to webdev.

it is what it is but Firefox is still the one. I would love to use epiphany but there is no sync. 😐at least not a sane one that doesn’t require rsync or other tomfoolery.

Lynx in the terminal and Librewolf/IronFox if I need graphics or the site I am required to visit needs to run java or something. Everything on this list is either spyware, contains AI, or is not fully FOSS.
