First attempt at Creme Brûlée.

Extremely tasty, didn’t quite get the custard consistency right, and my torch is out of gas so I had to use the grill which isn’t quite as effective.

Will need to try again at some point.

Hint: the plasma torch used to cut steel is not very effective on the cream 😄
