I'm using Ulauncher to start applications and make search (with some extensions) and Tilix, a terminal emulator with a bookmark feature: I can keep many command lines and reuse these commands easily. Presently I have around 50 command lines kept in the tilix bookmark.
Logseq for life management, Emacs/org for project management, though slowly trying to incorporate my Logseq vault with Org-Roam (and I'll likely have to add md-roam if logseq drops org support) to have everything in one place when I have a real keyboard.
openCV and paper Scanning Tools ( Paperless) PDFCreator . All other Office Tools or database tools is nothing specific in the sense of your definition. However the none-specific software is usually meant by productivity personal software. Is Docker, KVM or Qemu ( virtualization) good for prod . ? Of course ! But then 1000 other as well ! So where is the limit ?
I use Joplin[1] synchronized through my NextCloud instance.
Keeps my notes, reminders, to do's, even a check list for making sure I sort all 15 or so of my meds into my pill minder each weekend encrypted and easily accessible on each of my Linux machines, my GrapheneOS phone and iPhone.
And it integrates with biometric auth on my phones for an extra layer privacy & security. They have a solid hosted service for a modest fee but I self host for free.
What are "productivity tools" tho? 🤓 Any OS's default plain notepad app will serve perfectly as a tool when I need to take a quick note.. and heck it will be no less productive as any other fancy nerdware 😀

Generally, #Zim is the offline wiki-like note taking program that I need. I also live in #Orgmode often, although not in #Emacs.
Other than that, everything else like calendars, timers, contacts and such are hosted on #Nextcloud on my raspi home server.
