Standard bread: 470g flour, 5g yeast, 12g salt, but instead of water, 270g of brewed coffee (in this case, in a mocha pot)

Between the first rise and proofing, you stretch out, arrange chopped dates and almonds across the entire length, then roll in to a loaf and leave to proof.

It's VERY coffee forward in flavour. Oh, I added 50g of sugar which I forgot to mention. You might want a more dilute coffee, or more sugar. Depends on what you're aiming for.
