Whatever programs I need that has no Linux alternatives. That's the only reason for that Windows acts like it's the 1840's when I log in to it.

the photo viewer app on windows 10. In particular the ease and speed of cropping a photo/screenshot

I can't comment on if windows 11 has a different/less functional version because I refuse to use win 11. I only use win 10 for recording and editing gaming footage with everything else done in Fedora

The virtual sync of nextcloud files in Windows per nextcloud desktop.

On Linux you only geht this feature with the experimental version.

The occasional software that still doesn't work on Linux that I need (unfortunate but true)

Unlike Linux, when I install a software I don’t need to spend two weeks on forums to start using it haha.

I know, you do not see that as a feature but for me it is:
Compatibility to schools, administration, etc.

unironically, vcredist makes a big part of software deployment in windows easier. There's plenty of other things making it harder, but you won't run into "oops, looks like you built in a system that had the wrong glibc" which is a pretty big one

Stage Manager on macOS. I'm sure something like it will come to Linux eventually.

The image viewer on mac is unlike anything else I've ever used.
It's crazy simple to use, and very powerful. For any document that I want to annotate, crop, or even *sign*, I can do it in a matter of seconds, whereas it always takes me ages on windows and linux.
