Do i understand correctly that a basic feature like bluetooth connectivity was technically fully implemented, but blocked by software until now?

@rwutz Kinda. The controller was meant to be always over wifi for best connection due to input lag from streaming games

that is actually great less e-waste and I have two controllers so at least I can use them on my Linux system soon
