In my quest to find ways of eating the never-ending-christmas-ham, I made this ham, ricotta and spinach (ok silverbeet) baked cheesecake for dinner tonight. #food #cheesecake #baking
We got a 5.5kg ham with our christmas meat order (as well as 3kg prawns, Β½ a salmon, a split hen, and 1kg of bacon). The prawns and hen was christmas day, the ham has been eaten since then (almost finished it!), and the salmon and bacon are in the freezer awaiting the day I need them (don't need bacon if you have ham).
