to be honest, I just installed Linux mint on a popular laptop. And then happens what also 5 years ago happened. Toughpad driver just doesn't work good enough. One need to search in the community and need some commandline interventions to be done. As long as this isn't solved, Linux will never have a fast breaktrough. Everything has to work fine after installation , no search for special drivers and commandline work to be done.
tbh itβs the year that Iβm going to be pretty much full Linux and I often try and show people the unique and better ways of doing thingsβ¦ so who knows Linux could become the default with how bad windows has gotten
