VCMI, the cross-platform open source game engine for Heroes of Might and Magic III has another fresh release out and they've been working on hooking up gamepad support.

theres an open source build? This used to be one of my favourite strategy games... I guess it kind of still is. I remember playing it back in the 90ies (after we had played homm2) it was friggin fantastic!
