And now even when its over, I can just read Wikipedia or read books or just do anything that doesn't requires internet. Linux literally saved my bandwidth.
there is not. I have a windows 11 pro license and I not use it because of the automatization in updates. Its impossible to get a full production day thats the windows is not downloading something you are not aware.

They are also preventing the adoption of alternatives to Android with Google Play Services and iOS.
(since I don't use Windows I haven't actually found Windows updates to be annoying at all 😅)
