Like Mastodon, Cleopatra IV was open source and relied on community moderation. It wasn’t until Cleopatra V debuted that they rolled out DM messages.

My favorite relevant fact is that even in Cleopatra's time, there were what we would now call archaeologists who were studying the same ancient monuments we are interested in today.

@Sheril. Yes, me too! As a student in my School days, I was enthused to read Roman History of 2000 BCE. Watched movies of such grandeur of that era, like Cleopatra, starring Liz Taylor many times! 🙂👍🌹❤️👏🙏
