What would you put down as the greatest achievement in Human History? The Pyramids, the Chunnel, The Covid 19 Vaccines, Landing a man on the Moon?

I say all of the things you can think about pale in comparison to the day that humans IGNITE the planet Jupiter into our 2nd Sun. Your researchers just accomplished something great, but in a small way. Why not create something even greater in a GREAT BIG WAY?

This is the theme of my new Sci-Fi novel - The Book To End All Books. IN IT, my main characters do manage to ignite the planet Jupiter into a 2nd sun. This is AFTER CENTURIES of discussion and research on the potential harm for life on Earth as against all the potential good it would do us. Taking this long is OK in a Science Fiction Novel, but unfortunately, in my opinion, in reality we have only a few decades to start down a path that has a decent chance of saving our species from Extinction. THE JUPITER SUN would solve all of our climate and other problems because it would allow us TO GO TO ZERO GREENHOUSE GASES in just a few years, something every worthwhile scientist will tell you has to be our TOP PRIORITY.

OR it will be too little, too late and we could have 10,000 times as much energy in one tenth of that time frame - just in time - so to speak if Jupiter will cooperate and fire up like your last experiment, but instead of for a fraction of a second - for BILLIONS of YEARS!.
