Being able to switch windows (not virtual desktops) with 3 finger swipes on my touchpad. KDE Plasma at least doesn't have this feature, and I used to use it so much.

Windows 11's integrated notification system, which works even with Edge browser. Linux has only the barebones 'notify-send', most browsers and some other programs use thei own, incompatible systems.

Being able to easier move windows between halves of physical screens, not just between halves (and quarters) of one screen, by using the super key + arrow keys (I am running Mint Cinnamon). Today I need to add the shift key in the key combination to move between screens.

A feature missing in Windows? Errm... Windows!
Like it was back in the day. It was innovative, new and interesting. Today it's... like said in Germany... Windoof (Windumb in engl.)

Translation speech to text.

Don't know if it's a Windows thing.

the system remembered if numbs lock was on or off, even if you turned the computer fully off. Makes putting in my password every time a pain in the ass.

Not having to deal with permissions.
(But NTFS ruined that anyway. 😉)

The music during Windows XP installation. Not many people have heard it, because the drivers to the sound card were not installed yet. After lots of WinXP installations, I was very surprised when I heard it for the first time!

I really miss the windows updates that kept destroying my RAID driver, despite the fact that windows itself was installed on that RAID -.-

I don't miss Windows the OS, but I do miss some of the programs I used under it. There are Linux equivalents for some those tools, but they are missing features that the Windows versions have, or the Linux version are based on older Windows versions of the tools.
