I've read two of those (both 15+ years ago)! The contrast between the tone of Luria's autobiography and Watson's The Double Helix couldn't be more stark.

@siobain i read that one too - pretty bad in several ways. What Mad Pursuit by Crick gives a much better firsthand account, I think.
