I've been noodling on this #gamedev article for a while now and it's finally ready! "Indie Game Dev: Assessing Risk" - For commercial indie games, can you estimate how "risky" an idea is before you start working on it? Or guess at its popularity?

Very nice article, it reminded me that Mason Remaley gave an excellent talk on this topic this year which really gave me a different look on risk assessment with games too.
