Took some liberties with the ISA naming, including defining NOP to be POPk (convenient for padding when hand-assembling), but got my #uxn implementation passing unit tests for every opcode! I'm sure there's sharp edges, but they'll have to wait until I get some devices wired up and come up with some sort of test assembler format. https://git.arrdem.com/arrdem/uxn/src/branch/trunk/tests/vm_tests.rs

@neauoire the core VM is very done and done before, the I/O specs are going to be newer territory. if you'd care to put some thought to how to write a test suite rom or assembler extension I'd be happy to kick in examples and swap out for that
